As some of you may be aware we have an ice cream truck that we have been working on for the past year. It should be ready to unveil at the market in May. Last Saturday we had a new windshield installed. This one had to be cut specially to fit as ours is not available ‘off the shelf’. Think organic ice cream floats with Lorraine’s strawberry softers.
