Ramon was keen to get his tractor clean and looking good for the Tomato Sauce Party. He brought it in to use the compressor to blow out all the soil dust that accumulates on it. He changed the oil and filters than washed it. He is very proud of his machine which is a very good thing as it cost a great deal of money. It just came back from the dealer in Woodland where they had to replace the creep gears. We use this tractor for planting so it has to move very slowly through the field. It has an extra range to creep along pulling the planting sled. With a few other minor repairs the bill came to over $3,500. We love these tractors as they work hard, use fuel efficiently and have low emissions. That does not come cheap but is better for all of our lungs.
