To care for your bunches re trim the stems and change the water as often as you can remember (every day). They should keep about a week. If you want to dry the bunches it is best if you dry them immediately. Just hang them upside down in a dark place with some reasonable air movement. We have know people who just throw it into their closet and they say they have had great results. Hang the bunch and you too can have a home just like Martha Stewart.
