Our Potato crop has loved the cool spring. It also has had the benefit of growing in some nicely fertilized soil. This field was pasture last year on which our chickens moved around and deposited wonderful poop. We will have some small 'Desiree' potatoes for your Eatwell Box next week. Just a few as the crop is young but enough to tease the taste buds. Over the season we have more varieties and flavors to excite.
