In the spirit of the season and keeping with tradition, we are offering a donation option for your delivery the week of Thanksgiving. For those of you who will not be around or just want to give to a good cause, you can opt to have your CSA box donated rather than cancelling it for the week. We will be donating to a couple of different organizations including the Yolo County Food Bank and the Food Pantry in San Francisco. If you have your delivery donated, you will not receive credit in your account, but will know that your food is going to people in need. If you would like to receive your delivery that week, please remember ALL deliveries will be made on WEDNESDAY November 24th, even if your delivery is usually on a Thursday.
For those members who have already canceled their November 24th/25th deliveries, you can still change it to a donation instead. Just contact Liz in the office if you would to make that change.
The deadline to cancel your November 24th/25th delivery is 10 a.m. Friday, November 19th. Any cancellation requests that come in after that time will be donated.
Please also remember that the deadline to cancel a December 1st/2nd delivery or to renew your subscription to start on December 1st/2nd is 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 24th.
