I have to admit I like growing Napa cabbage. We plant it in August and by the middle of November it is ready to harvest. Some of the outer leaves get a little bug damaged but when we harvest it those are removed to expose a beautiful cabbage. It stores well in the fridge and makes a great addition to soups, salads and stir fry's.
