These are the youngest chickens that we have on the farm. They are layers that will start producing eggs in late January. I am experimenting with different varieties to see which works best.
These girls are eager to get outside but we will not let them until they are a little bigger. Hawks like a tasty morsel to eat and these baby chickens are just perfect for them.
