Our Cherry trees are all varieties that are self fertile which means that they do not need pollen from another variety to set fruit. Despite this we are planting two varieties, Van and Lapins,which are know to produce copious amounts of pollen. These are planted alternately between every other of our cropping trees. This should give us a great crop when the trees are mature enough in a couple of years.
