Tatsoi Salad with Peanut Dressing

1 bag tatsoi, cleaned and chopped
1 to 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
1 or 2 sweet peppers, thinly sliced

Dressing:
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
Juice of 1/2 lime
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Add all of the vegetables to a large bowl. Toss. In a small bowl, whisk dressing ingredients together, adjusting chili garlic sauce to your desired degree of spiciness. Top salad with dressing and enjoy!
