The instructions are the same for all of these. Whack everything into a bowl and stir to combine. 

Lemon Yogurt Dip

1 cup whole milk yogurt

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Salt & Pepper to taste

 

Soy Vinegar Dip

¼ cup soy sauce

2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar

1 tsp ground fresh ginger

1 finely chopped garlic clove

¼ tsp black pepper

1 tsp chile paste (sambal) (optional)

 

Sesame Soy Dip

¼ cup soy sauce

2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar

1 tsp sesame oil

1 smashed garlic clove

1 tsp sesame seeds

1 tsp ground fresh ginger

Pinch of ground black pepper

1 tsp chile paste (sambal) (optional)
