They really should be enjoyed as simply as possibleThey are typically so juicy they make most dishes pretty wet.  I love them best, sliced rather thick, laid out on a platter, drizzled with a little bit of really rich tasting olive oil, a good sprinkling of our Lavender Salt and some freshly ground Black Pepper.  If you have some great tasting crusty bread and a hunk of good, sharp cheese, well you won't be wanting much more than that - except maybe a glass of wine.
