Garlic is a popular crop, and this year ours is looking superb. We pick most of it as green garlic from February onwards and then send you bulbs to store for later in June. We would like to grow more but June is a very busy month on the farm and we do not have time nor the space to store a bigger crop. In June we are working hard on the tomato crop tying it to stakes. We have a big crop of lavender and potatoes to harvest also. We are working on making this easier but there is simply not enough hours in the day. Jose and I are always discussing how we can make June an easier month on the farm.
