Our geese lay about two to three eggs each a week at their peak which is now. The season is short as they will stop laying in may/June. They lay a goal of forty to fifty eggs per year. 

Last week they sold out by 8.15 at the Ferry Plaza Market in San Francisco. The early bird gets the goose eggs.
