“ We have been members for longer than I can remember, maybe about four years, and we are grateful for all you do. I thought I would write to say I just finished making this year’s first batch of marmalade using Eatwell Seville oranges and the lemons from Twin Girls farm that came in our recent CSA box. The marmalade turned out beautiful and delicious, with a perfect consistency and a great taste — not too sweet and plenty of orange flavor. We got 7 pints from 9 oranges and 3 lemons, and I’ll probably make another 3-4 pints with the remaining 4 oranges. One pint is not pictured because we’ve already eaten it!”
