I really like Thanksgiving. Safeway in Dixon is ready; canned squash, GMO sugar from sugar beet, and flour from mutant wheat varieties. All sugar except sugar cane is GMO. Many people now have problems with gluten, which is not surprising as most varieties have been bombarded with radiation to dwarf them and increase yield. I may sound dramatic, but we should not be surprised when many have health problems. It is hard to avoid. We can help. Our heirloom flour, butternut squash and organic cane sugar are now available widely.
