Ramon, father of Agustin, our chicken man, and Ramon, our tractor driver, is in charge of the orchard. He is doing all the picking and takes care of the trees. He takes great pride in his work, and the orchard has never looked better.
Here he is removing rootstock suckers that have grown this year. The fruit is often grafted onto a more vigorous rootstock.
Ramon and his family are a very important part of Eatwell Farm.
