It is too wet to work in the fields so Ramon is steam cleaning the roof of our refrigeration unit. We use bales of straw to cover this in the summer. It saves us a great deal of money in electricity by keeping the sun away from the unit.
Now we clean and put an elastic paint to protect it from the winter weather.
