Our spinach crop was damaged by the freeze. The older leaves were frozen and turned yellow. The plants are alive and growing with new green leaves so we have not lost the crop. The issue at the present time is that it takes too long to pick and remove the yellow leaves. Later when the new leaves are larger this will be an easier task. We are happy that we came through the very cold snap ok, some farmers to the north of us did not fare so well.
