Kikki has spent some time this week cleaning and greasing the potato digger which we bought for just $200. He has replaced the hydraulic hose and tightened all the nuts and bolts. It a few days we hope to test drive it. We want to see how it runs. I am concerned about the gearbox that drives the chains. We will start very slowly so as not to break anything. We will replace all the bearings and guide rollers but before then we hope to find out what else is a problem. It should be an easy fix, just time and money! The usual stuff.
