1 cup of olive oil3/4 cup balsamic vinegar 2 teaspoons dijon mustard 1 garlic clove 1/2 bunch basil 1 to 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon sea salt Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth. This salad dressing is great with fresh lettuce topped with halved cherry tomatoes.
