For the past few months, Jason has been preparing for dairy cows on Eatwell Farm. Firstly we are going to get a couple of house cows and go from there. Two weekends ago he went to the National Guernsey Convention in Portland, Oregon. He made some great contacts, learnt lots and came home all fired up.
He has been building a structure for the house cows, and last Monday he got help from Kiki, Eric and Andrew. Of course it will be painted barn red. Jason is searching for just the right cows, and hopefully we can have the cow palace occupied by the end of the summer or sooner.
