Potatoes, scrubbed and halved or quarteredTurnips, scrubbed and halved or quartered 1 bulb of green garlic, chopped 1 small spring onion (if you still have one from last week’s box), thinly sliced Olive oil 2 teaspoons dried thyme 2 teaspoons dried rosemary, chopped (or Eatwell’s rosemary salt) Coarse salt Freshly ground pepper

Preheat broiler to 425°F. Put potatoes, turnips, green garlic and onion in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add herbs and toss to coat.

Spread vegetables in single layer on large rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle generously with coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper. Broil until tender and brown, stirring occasionally, about 10 to 15 minutes.
