I cannot wait until we dig the first new spuds. There is nothing better. The crop looks great. Ramon has cultivated between the plants with our finger weeded and in the rows with our rolling Lilliston cultivator. The potatoes were planted on really fertile soil so we are hoping for a great crop. We have lots of different varieties for you to enjoy.
