Last year in December Agustin broke his leg playing soccer. Unfortunately, it was not set correctly, and it had to be reset a month later. He has still not been allowed to return to work by his doctor, but this has not stopped him from making almost daily inspections. To him, taking care of the chickens is not merely a job, but rather it is more of a passion. Every few days he stops by the farm and chats with me about what needs to be done. It thrills me that he so fully owns his work. I believe that you can taste it in the eggs. We hope he will return soon.
