Each year we have to harvest Thyme so that Anna has enough to make our Thyme salt. We dry it on tables in the greenhouse. The variety we use is called Big Thyme as the leaves are bigger than  regular varieties. Thyme salt is just one of the six that we make. Please think of us as the holidays approach. They make inexpensive gifts and the monies raised helps make improvements to the farm.
