We start work at 5.30 am, dawn.  Roberto is cultivating celery, Ricardo and Manuel are moving irrigation pipe,  Jose and the crew are picking eggplant. A fabulous morning, cool and fresh, a great time to be out in the field working. Have a great week.. Nigel
