On our farm walk this morning we saw some fabulous peaches, not quite ripe. The disturbing thing was how many of them were pecked by birds. Now we have very few peaches because of the terrible spring so it is slim pickings for the birds also. Jose, Miguel and Ramon picked them all this afternoon to save them from the birds. In the cooler they will be fine for next weeks boxes. We do not have enough for everyone so we are not sure how we will use them. We are llooking forward to a warm and sunny spring next year!
