5 radishes, trimmed, coarsely chopped
1 Tbsp. honey mustard (or make your own: ½ c. olive oil, ½ Tbsp. honey, ½ Tbsp. mustard)
2 Tbsp. sherry wine vinegar
½ tsp. minced garlic

Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until thick dressing forms. Season with salt and pepper.
