We like to make sure you have the staples in your box but there needs to be some excitement and head scratching every now and then. I was sure Tomatillos would be that kind of vegetable a few years ago when we first put it in our Eatwell Boxes. To my surprise it was immediately excepted and became a staple. The crop now has small marble sized tomatillos in these paper thin husks. They will be the size for picking in a couple of weeks. i love them in Salsa.
