There is one crop that we grow that will take all the sunshine and 100 degree days that we can throw at it. Sweet Potatoes soak it up and grow like crazy. It is about time as the crops looked very sad in late May and most of June when we had cool weather.

We expect to begin harvest in Mid September. They always taste so good!
