1 large bunch dandelion greens, stems removed, chopped 2 apples, cored and chopped ½ red onion, thinly sliced 1 cup raw tahini 1 cup fresh orange juice 2 tablespoon dulse flakes (optional) 1 tablespoon ginger root, grated ½ teaspoon cinnamon ½ teaspoon curry powder pinch salt
Preparation:
In a large salad bowl, combine dandelion, apples and onion. Blend remaining ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour dressing over and toss gently. Allow salad to marinate at least 10 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
