Mark Kastel from the Cornucopia Institute drew our attention to the fact that Wholefoods and other stores in California are selling organic eggs flown in from New Zealand. Whatever we may think about the carbon footprint of these eggs it does demonstrate a demand and more farmers should be producing eggs like ours.  More info jetfresh eggs
