You can now order flour to be delivered as an extra with your Eatwell Box.  Just send Liz an email up to 5 pm on Thursday. I mill the flour on Fridays. The cost is $5 for 3lb and at the present time the only variety available is Expresso which is a high protein hard wheat for bread. As you can see it does make the most delicious pancakes. Lorraine made these last Sunday morning with 100% our flour. Over the coming weeks we hope to offer more varieties of flour and whole grains.

Grain CSA, yes this is my goal. I am hoping to start a small pilot offering in the new year.
