Our fall garden is taking shape. Once we have finished packing your boxes on Wednesday we get right out into the field on Thursday morning. For the next two and a half days we plant,  hoe and irrigate the up coming crops. This week we are already harvesting spinach from the garden. As many of you know spinach is a staple in the box, we find it grows so well here producing a delicious vegetable. I am looking forward to Lorraine's cream spinach with steak and potatoes from our box this week.
