Peppers have a sensational healing property and this tea helps alleviate fever. Two 3-inch pieces gingerroot, grated 2-3 fresh serrano chiles, seeds and stems removed, minced 2 cups water juice of 1 lemon 2 teaspoons honey

Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil, stirring often. Turn off heat and let steep for 30 minutes. Strain and drink hot.
