This year we have harvested eight different wheat varieties. Over the next few weeks we hope to clean and bag them all.
Our mill has been needing some love the past few weeks. Another farmer suggested I run 10lbs of rice through it and it worked. The rice contains silica which cleans the stones.
I am visualizing a flour sifter, I can see it in our future but not quite sure the money is coming from... Nigel
