Fernando would much prefer to be working on the house, it is his pride and joy. But we have to get the peppers shaded from the hot summer sun as the fruit can 'burn' just like we do. This is a 30% shade which seems to be just right, allowing enough light for the crop to grow and not too much to harm the fruit.
