Jose is a quiet man he has two children and a third on the way with his wife Lupe. He does an amazing job of running the harvest and production crew here at Eatwell Farm. each week we walk the farm on Friday morning to check what we have for the next weeks box. As I met him last Friday he had a hoe in his hand checking through the tomatoes. he is very proud of the crops we all grow here.

he forst worked for us for one day planting an orchard in 1994. He then went to Oregon to work on Christmas trees for about four years. He then came back and has been working for us ever since. He has the respect of all of us who work here, this farm would not be what it is without Jose.
