1 pint strawberries1 orange, or ½ cup red wine ½ cup heavy cream 1 Tbsp. confectioners sugar

Wash and hull strawberries and slice into a bowl. Squeeze juice of orange over them or add wine. In a bowl, whip cream uneil soft peaks form. Add sugar, and beat until stiff. Drain strawberries, and fold into cream. Serve at room temperature, chilled or frozen.
