Pasta with Fresh Herbs
This is a quick dinner for four. Chop up well one cup of a mixture of green herbs, including cilantro, parsley, sage, rosemary, oregano, whatever. Mix it with ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Cook a pound of any pasta, drain, then toss it hot in the herb mixture.
