There is nothing like a walk around the farm taking in the spring blossom, checking in on those wonderful chickens and then a cup of tea. Yes, I am English but it was so great to see over 70 members also enjoying a beautiful, calm and sunny day last Sunday.

Monday morning saw us out in the field busily preparing beds and planting spring crops. We have lots to do now the soil has dried up enough to cultivate. Roberto and I prepared and planted over one acre of spring lettuce and greens. We are now moving onto the potato beds which we hope to get planted before next weeks forecasted rain.
