This time of the year the greenhouse fills rapidly. The trays we are seeding now are onions. We need lots of trays to plant all the beds that we need to fill in the field. People love onions. We use a soil-less mix which is based on coconut fibre and vermiculite. The seeds germinate then we have to feed them with organic liquid nutrients. We do this up to three times per week when the seedlings are growing fast. These brassicas in the foreground need some food so we will start feeding in this greenhouse today.
