For those of you who love our herb flavored salts I thought it was about time I showed you where the salt comes from. These pictures were taken in Brittany where the salt is still hand harvested. We buy the salt by the pallet, which is the only way to get it at a reasonable price.

We use only this salt and mix it with our Lavender, Rosemary, Thyme, Lemon, Heirloom Tomato and Smoked Serrano Chili's. All the flavors are dried first. You can buy them online by going to our website.
