Roberto checking the weight of seed sown to calibrate his seeder. Each variety needed to be calibrated to sow the correct amount of seed per acre. On Tuesday evening as the sun went down he sowed Bolero, a soft white wheat and Frasssinato a variety from Italy.
On Wednesday morning he sowed Gaba De Farro, Sonora, Blanca Fuerta and a Pasta variety.
Now we await the rain....
