Sweet Potato Bake with Pecan Topping

3 cups sweet potatoes, cooked & mashed (3-4 lg.)¼ cup milk 1/3 cup butter, melted 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs, beaten ½ tsp. salt

Topping: 1 cup brown sugar 3 Tbsp flour 1/3 cup butter, melted 1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix all ingredients except topping. Spoon into greased casserole dish. Combine topping ingredients & sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 mins.
