Our Cornish Cross chickens eating like crazy in their chicken tractors. I have booked their 'harvest date' for the end of September. They will be vacuum packed and frozen. My idea is to drive the truck to pre-appointed places in the Bay Area so that our members can meet and collect their pre-ordered birds and get a pumpkin at the same time.

The pumpkins are too big to put in the box this year so this and the market are the only ways we can think of to distribute them. More details to follow in your newsletter. For those who are not members and can get to the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market we will have them for sale there also.
