We produce certified organic hydrosols and essential oils for the organic cosmetic industry. The orders are not regular so we do not rely on the money but it is an interesting addition to the farm. Last week our distiller asked to buy some Thyme from us for one of his customers. We duly supplied 200 lbs of flowering plant material which smelled just divine.
We sell our hydrosols and oils of lavender, Rose Geranium, Lemon Verbena, Melissa and Artimesia aborescens wholesale, on the web at www.lavenderfarm.com and at the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market in San Francisco on Saturdays. We also use them in the production of our lacto fermented Drinkwell Sodas which you can also find at the market each Saturday.
