It Must Be Foggy In Napa

P7210022
The first sign that the hot air balloons are in the air is the sound of the propane burners turning on. This day last week there were nine balloons in the sky above the farm. They need clear skies to 'fly' and with temperatures in our valley above 95 all week the ocean fog layer is drawn in to make flying in the Napa Valley impossible.
Luckily for us fields of vegetables are avoided as nice places to land. A crew descends on the balloon as it lands whisking the high paying customers away back to their hotels and the packing up the balloon.
