Each week we have to have nine to elevern items to put in our weekly Eatwell Boxes. This takes some planning and a little luck at times. We also have the help of the commuinty of organic Farms in our area to help each other keep our boxes full and interesting.
Each week were are sowing many fall crops and we will keep sowing them every week until it rains. These seedlings are different kale's which have just germinated.
