Jose, Molly and I were checking the tomatoes last Friday. The crop is large but maturing slower than we expect. I am sure that the smokey skies are the cause. I was showing Molly a plant that we will keep for next years seed. This variety is Brandywine, a potato leaf strain which has many medium sized fruit on it. We are trying to reduce the size and increase the number of fruit per plant.
